Why Crowdious exists

Owning a piece of Palestinian land has historically required either a large cheque or a familiar broker — sometimes both. That has locked most people out of one of the most reliable wealth-building tools available to them.

Crowdious lowers the barrier by structuring shared ownership the right way: clear documentation, transparent governance, and a single source of truth for every participant in a project.

How participation works

Each opportunity sits inside its own legal entity, with a defined purpose, a defined exit timeframe, and pro-rata ownership rights. Participants contribute, the entity acquires the asset, and proceeds are distributed when the project exits — whether that is sale, development, or hold-and-distribute.

What we focus on

Land in active growth corridors of the central West Bank — Birzeit, Kobar, and surrounding villages. We look for plots that have either documentation in order, infrastructure within reach, or a clear development thesis. We pass on anything that does not meet our standards.

Who we are

Crowdious is built by a small team of Palestinian engineers, financiers, and real estate practitioners. We are headquartered in Ramallah and we work with established local partners on legal, banking, and surveying.
